Shops

Revolution Bike and Bean
Bloomington, Indiana - Kate and I both used to work at this shop and loved it there. We developed some really fantastic relationships with the owner, Don Galligher, and our other coworkers. It's not the biggest shop but we tried to always be welcoming and helpful and I doubt that has changed since we left as Don's approach to customer service were spot on.

University Bicycles
Boulder, Colorado - Kate started working here in September and I'm beginning work there now. This is a HUGE shop that still really keeps that small shop feel. They employ personable and non-elitist cyclists and bike enthusiasts which helps create a very welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Doug, makes this shop truly different as well and you can see his unique personality as soon as you step in the doors and look at the old bikes hanging on the ceiling.

Boulder Cycle Sport
Boulder, Colorado - I haven't had a whole lot of experience with these guys but every time I've gone to them they have been fantastic. They have two locations in Boulder, one in north Boulder and the other south. They've established themselves as sort of the CX headquarters for Boulder and sell a stupid about of Ridleys in the fall. They also have what I would argue is the strongest shop race team in the area and the BCS dudes are always going out and kicking butt.
